Refund Policy

EverPages sells personalised digital editions. Because each edition is generated around a reader name and route, refunds are handled carefully and fairly.

Digital editions

Personalised digital editions are normally non-refundable once the edition has been generated or downloaded, unless there is a technical fault, duplicated payment, failed delivery, or a material issue with the file.

When we will help

If your download link does not work, your file is corrupted, your payment was duplicated, or the delivered edition does not match the book/order you selected, contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

How to request support

Email info@everpages.co.uk with your order reference, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue.

Timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and bank.
